Carpet Cleaning from Momentum Janitorial can be a one-time service for a non-routine janitorial customer. For companies that contract Momentum Janitorial for routine janitorial services, a carpet cleaning schedule is recommended. Steam cleaning extraction with heat is our most invasive cleaning technology and is recommended once per year. For periodic maintenance, we recommend either a carpet spin bonnet which is less invasive with moderate extraction capabilities or a carpet shampoo which has minimal extraction capabilities and is used for cosmetic maintenance.
